Get With the Program

Bootcamp for Health is about more than exercise. Beyond changing your muscles and expending energy, boot camp combines daily nutritional requirements, education, nutrition tips, and eating adjustments as your fat pounds decrease. Individual guidelines are based on age, history, physical structure, and activity level.

Our trainers are skilled and certified, so all workouts and exercises adhere to American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines and experience.

You'll also receive health and fitness advice via email and mini-lectures.

Adult Bootcamp Prices

Basic Bootcamp

$200 per month

  • Three sessions a week
  • Mini-lectures

$320 per month

  • Two sessions a week
  • Nutritional accountability via food, exercise, and mood journals, exercise tips, mini-lectures, and advice
  • Email accountability

Total Bootcamp

$420 per month

  • Three sessions a week
  • Nutritional accountability via food, exercise, and mood journals, exercise tips, mini-lectures and advice
  • Email accountability

Report for Basic Bootcamp now.

Payments should be made by check to Empowered Health. Payments should be made each month to Empowered Health at least five days prior to the month's training. Fees will only be adjusted for medical absences due to severe illness, injury or hospitalization.

Required Forms for Bootcamp

When reporting to Bootcamp for Health, you must provide a signed Liability Waiver, Medical Clearance Form signed by a physician, and the downloaded Health Questionnaire.

Pre-Qualifying For Bootcamp

Initial physical fitness evaluations and consultations are optional and can assess your cardio-respiratory strength, overall flexibility, and body fat levels.

An initial fitness evaluation and consultation is $125.00, and takes approximately 1.25 hours to complete. If a re-evaluation is desired, it is $50, and takes 1 hour.
